The service

Tagalog Hero provides educational lessons, vocabulary practice, typing activities, listening support, and adaptive progress features for learning Tagalog. The service may change as lessons, activities, and technology are improved.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. Google Sign-In is optional, but an account is required to synchronize progress across devices. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and for maintaining access to your Google account.

Acceptable use

You may not:

• Use the service for unlawful, harmful, deceptive, or abusive activity.
• Attempt to bypass security, access another learner's account, or disrupt the service.
• Use automated systems to overload, scrape, or reproduce substantial portions of the service.
• Reverse engineer or misuse the service except where applicable law expressly permits it.

Educational results

Tagalog Hero is an educational tool, not a guarantee of fluency, certification, employment, academic credit, or a particular result. Language usage varies by speaker, region, context, and register. We work to keep material useful and accurate, but lessons may be corrected or updated.

Content and ownership

The Tagalog Hero name, interface, curriculum structure, original text, artwork, audio, and software are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use the service for learning. They do not transfer ownership.

Third-party services

The service relies on providers including Google, Neon, and Vercel. Their services and account features are governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our control.

Availability and account action

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features, and may restrict access when reasonably needed for security, maintenance, legal compliance, or misuse. You may stop using the service at any time and may request deletion as described in the Privacy Policy.

Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available without warranties that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every learning goal. Tagalog Hero is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits rights or liabilities that cannot legally be limited.
